Introduction
Rize is an innovative industrial park concept located in the outskirts of the buzzing mexican city of Guadalajara. It seeks to innovate what can be offered within industrial areas an revolutionize the offer within the Guadalajara market.
Role
FORMM was tasked with creating an innovative concept for a industrial park, while keeping in mind the brand image that TTG wanted to portray. We created an innovative design with stunning visualizations that will assist our newest partner in their sales journey.
Highlights
Larger Green and Common Areas: We designed an industrial park focused on providing a top of the line experience for the workers that will eventually inhabit it. making sure to have an abundance of areas for breaks and relaxation, making sure that companies that choose Rize will also choose a top of the line experience in efficiency and comfort.
Budget Conscious Design: Materials and shapes were chosen strategically to increase the impact of the site while reducing costs, making sure that our partners always get the most out of their investment.
Vegetation: Having plenty of nature in an industrial park has its benefits, for one , it helps trap most of the dust particles generated by the moving trucks, as well as contributing to reducing the deforestation impact of the project. A high concentration of natural areas, is also proven to increase efficiency in workers.
Efficient Design: The design process had to focus on making the most of the limited budget, thus we focused on limiting freestanding areas, and making more efficient openings.
Innovative Design: By changing the layout of an industrial park entrance, we managed to create a compound style area in which said common area transforms into a top of the line corporate office for the companies that will be present in this park.
